Mikavu Programme Terms
These terms describe how demo classes and paid Mikavu classes operate. A parent or legal guardian must make the booking for a child.
Demo classes
The first demo class is free. A demo request does not guarantee a particular date or batch. We will confirm the available timing directly with the parent or guardian.
Programme and fees
The advertised programme fee is ₹1,200 per student per month for four live online weekend classes. We will confirm the fee, schedule and payment instructions before enrolment. Any future fee change will apply only after we notify the parent or guardian.
Each monthly fee is a one-time payment through Razorpay, not an automatic recurring subscription. Please pay only after Mikavu confirms the child's batch and start date. Payment alone does not reserve an unconfirmed batch. We will send the schedule and private joining link separately.
Cancellation and missed classes
The programme runs month to month. A parent may pause or stop future months by contacting Mikavu before the next monthly payment. If a student misses a class, we will share the activity summary and weekly mission. A replacement live class depends on batch availability and is not guaranteed.
A full refund is available before the first paid class. Once classes start, refunds apply to classes Mikavu cannot deliver, but not student absences. Eligible refunds are initiated within five working days. See the full Cancellation and Refund Policy for details.
Online delivery
There is no physical shipping. Classes, joining instructions and learning materials are delivered online. We contact you within one working day after successful payment to confirm the schedule and joining link. See our Online Delivery Policy.
Online class conduct
Students should join from a suitable space using the private link supplied for their batch. Respectful participation is required. Mikavu may remove a participant from a session when behaviour disrupts the class or affects another child's safety or privacy.
Learning outcomes
Mikavu provides guided opportunities to practise communication and other soft skills. Children develop at different rates, so we do not guarantee a specific academic, behavioural or personal outcome.
Programme materials
Lesson plans, slides, activities and other Mikavu materials remain Mikavu's intellectual property. Families may use materials shared with them for the enrolled child's personal learning, but may not publish, resell or redistribute them.
Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle demo and programme enquiries. Parents should not share sensitive information in the optional message field.
