Cancellation and Refund Policy
Mikavu charges ₹1,200 per student for four live online classes over one month. The demo is free. Monthly payments are one-time payments, not automatic recurring charges.
Cancel before the first paid class
You may request a full refund before the first paid class begins. Please contact Mikavu using the details below and include your Razorpay payment reference.
Once classes have started
If Mikavu cannot deliver a paid class, and no replacement is agreed with the parent, we will refund ₹300 for each undelivered class. Student absences and missed classes are not refundable. We will share the activity summary and weekly mission when a student misses a class.
Future months
You can stop or pause future months by choosing not to renew and notifying Mikavu. No future monthly fee is charged automatically.
How and when refunds are processed
We will review your request and initiate eligible refunds within five working days of receiving the payment reference and details needed to process the request. Refunds go to the original payment method through Razorpay. The time your bank or payment provider takes to credit the refund may vary.
If you believe you have paid twice for the same enrolment, contact us with both payment references so we can check and resolve the duplicate payment.

Email support@mikavu.com or message +91 96771 84198. Include your name, the payment reference and the reason for the request. Never send card details, CVVs, OTPs or UPI PINs.
