Online Delivery Policy
Mikavu provides live online educational classes. We do not ship physical goods or printed course materials.
Before paying
Attend the free demo and confirm your child's batch and start date with Mikavu. A monthly payment covers four live online weekend classes for one student in Grades 5–8.
After successful payment
Razorpay emails a payment receipt. Mikavu will match the payment to your enrolment and contact you within one working day to confirm the agreed class schedule and private joining link. Classes begin on the start date confirmed before payment, not immediately when payment is made.
Joining classes and receiving materials
The parent or guardian receives the joining instructions electronically. Class materials, practice missions and parent updates are shared electronically as part of the programme. Use a suitable device with internet access, a microphone and a camera.
Please keep your child's private class link within your family. Contact us before the session if you cannot find the link or need setup help.
Delivery problems
If you have paid but have not received the joining instructions within one working day, contact support@mikavu.com or +91 96771 84198 with your payment reference. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy explains what happens if Mikavu cannot deliver a paid class.
