Mikavu Privacy Notice
This notice explains what information Mikavu collects when a parent or guardian requests a demo class, why we use it and how to contact us about it.
Information we collect
- Parent or guardian name
- WhatsApp number and, if supplied, email address
- Child's first name if the parent chooses to provide it
- Child's grade and preferred weekend timing
- Any message the parent chooses to add
- Basic enquiry attribution such as the referring page and advertising campaign labels
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to the demo request, arrange the session, answer questions and follow up about the Mikavu programme. We do not ask children to submit this form themselves.
Consent and choices
The parent or guardian gives consent by selecting the consent box and submitting the form. You may withdraw consent or ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing support@mikavu.com or messaging +91 96771 84198.
Storage and service providers
Website enquiries are processed through our website hosting and form service. We may use email or WhatsApp to communicate with you. These providers process information under their own security and privacy terms. Mikavu does not sell enquiry information.
Paid enrolments use Razorpay's hosted checkout. Razorpay collects and processes the payment details and the customer information entered there. Mikavu receives payment references, payment status and the customer details needed to match a payment to an enrolment. Card numbers, CVVs and UPI PINs are not collected or stored by the Mikavu website. See Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only while it is needed to respond, manage follow-up and maintain essential business records. We generally remove inactive enquiry records within 12 months unless a longer period is required for an active enrolment or by law.
Your requests
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information you submitted. Contact support@mikavu.com with enough detail for us to identify the request. We may need to verify that the request comes from the parent or guardian who submitted the information.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our programme or service providers change. The effective date above will show the latest revision.
